CAPITAL ANNOUNCES “MB PLATINUM PLATFORM”
New Suite of Services for Businesses Addressing the Minority
Markets
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., October 17, 2003 ---
Today, Engage Capital announced a suite of financial services
specifically oriented to help minority-owned and targeted businesses
gain greater access to capital. The MB Platinum PlatformTM includes
weekly support to the entrepreneur in the form of on-premise
consulting, strategic planning, and capital raising/ownership
transition assistance.
While at the California Debt & Investment
Commission’s “Tools to Revitalize California Communities”
conference, Engage Capital’s president and CEO David Takata
said, “We are uniquely positioned to help businesses addressing
the minority markets deal with ownership and growth issues.”
Commenting on the timing of the announcement, Mr. Takata added,
“Never before have minority business owners had so many
options available to help them compete and participate equally
in the capital markets. We believe this is the right time to
make an advanced portfolio of financial services available to
this market. The MB Platinum PlatformTM is the highest standard
of care for our current and future customers.”
The platform is designed to be flexible enough
to accommodate the needs of small businesses with less than
100 employees to larger enterprises seeking national-level or
global expansion. Engage Capital’s management team works
directly with the owner(s) to see that goals are understood
and executed to complete satisfaction. “By working directly
with the owner, we are completely aligned with our customer’s
objectives,” Mr. Takata added.
